This page is a help document for the form creation tool for Notion, 'NotionEasyForm'.

NotionEasyForm is a form creation tool dedicated to Notion. Data posted through the form is automatically registered to the Notion database.

Use Cases

Create a contact form and set it up on the company's contact page
Create a travel expense application form, embed it in the Notion page, and use it for internal travel expense applications
Create a survey and send it to customers via email
